Farm House in Haryana

Architecture

Residential

The design of this ground-storied farmhouse in Haryana seamlessly blends rustic charm with modern functionality. Constructed with a mix of exposed brick and textured plaster finishes, it features traditional tiled window canopies and a red-painted sloped porch roof supported by cylindrical columns, evoking a rural aesthetic. The spacious front veranda, complete with hanging planters and seating, offers a cosy gathering space. Adjacent to the main house stands a beautifully designed octagonal temple (mandir) with a shikhara-style dome, adding spiritual tranquillity to the property. The compound includes ample blacktop driveway space, a designated covered car parking area, landscaped greenery, and boundary fencing for privacy. Carefully placed elements like ventilated windows, a roof railing, and brick masonry tower structures suggest a thoughtful balance between tradition and contemporary practicality, ideal for serene living in a countryside setting.
